Taqueria Don Güero, is a Mesoamerican influenced food truck based in Scotland.
It’s run by chef Scott Wyse, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has travelled the world following his passion. After spending two years in Central and South America, with one year devoted to Mexico, he was determined to establish his own street food venture.

Describing themselves as global food curators of spice, fire and butter. Their tacos are the stuff of dreams. Venison nachos with cheese sauce, peach and chipotle salsa and lime sour cream on loaded tortilla chips, or a vegan black bean and sweet potato chilli with "cheese" sauce, peach and chipotle salsa and lime sour cream are just a few examples of the kind of thing you can look forward to this week.
