This is Balvenie’s 16 year old, finished in Pineau des Charentes casks. Pineau is a fortified wine made from unfermented grape juice, with Cognac eau die vie added, and then matured. On the nose; beautifully balanced light floral notes from lotus and geranium flowers dance between hints of fresh meadow grass and peeled apple skin. And on the palate; an energizing zing from tangy lemon rind and grapefruit meets the delicate subtle sweetness of glazed fruits and spice from root ginger.

Aberfeldy 2013, bottled by James Eadie after 12 years in two first-fill bourbon hogsheads, shows honeyed malt and gentle fruit with a touch of spice.
Ardbeg 10 46.0%	25ml	£6.30
The Ardbeg 10 Year is something of a benchmark for the Ardbeg distillery. The peat level is on the higher end of the scale at 55 parts per million or ppm. It is bold, it is masculine, and it is not hiding its true character in heavily sherried casks.
Ardnamurchan Sherry Cask Release 50.0%	25ml	£8.15
The 2024 edition is a combination of peated and unpeated malt, aged in oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. This is a robust and textural dram that shows layers of raisin, candied cherry, fruit cake, mixed nuts, and orange marmalade.

This is the core expression of 10 year old Ballechin single malt Scotch whisky, which is heavily peated whisky from Edradour. It has been named for the silent Ballechin distillery near the Edradour distillery. This 10 year old expression comes from a combination of ex-Oloroso Sherry and ex-bourbon casks.

A rich and sweet whisky from Benrinnes distillery, on the northern shoulder of Ben Rinnes, 700 feet above sea level. Chocolate liqueurs, well-worn leather, soft smoke and dense floral aromas open on the nose, with pine needles, polished wood and dried fruit underneath. The palate is sweet and rich, offering rum-like fruitiness, sultanas, sticky dates and charred, smoky oak that linger in the finish.

This exceptional aged statement single malt is unpeated and matured in first fill bourbon and re-fill American oak casks. This provides a true taste of Campbeltown in a glass and highlights our distillery’s key flavour characteristics. Rich and smooth with a subtle hint of saltiness, which boasts hints our coastal sea air and unique warehouse maturation right on the Campbeltown Loch.

A peated blended Scotch whisky known for a balanced smoky flavor that is mellowed by sweet malt and oak notes. Leith Export Co. Table Whisky 43.0%	25ml	£4.55
A very drinkable Single Grain from Leith Export Co., the team behind Port of Leith Distillery and Lind & Lime Gin. North British spirit matured in virgin oak and sherry casks, married together and bottled at 43%.
Raasay Marsala Cask Matured 50.7%	25ml	£9.30
Expertly crafted from Raasay’s lightly peated spirit and fully matured in ex Frazzitta Marsala Vergine barriques, before being bottled at a robust 50.7% ABV. This Marsala-matured single malt is laden with flavours of baked apples with apricots and lingering smoked toffee, representing a unique confluence of Sicilian wine heritage and modern Scottish whisky craftsmanship that results in a rare, highly collectible expression.
Raasay Single Malt Cask Strength 61.6%	25ml	£8.05
A cask strength bottling of Raasay's core release. Peated Concerto barley is fermented for between 3 and 5 days, with the spirit being aged in a combination of 1st fill ex-Rye whiskey casks, new Chinkapin oak, and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks.

Havana Club 3 Años has a pale, golden straw colour that reveals its age: every single drop has aged for a minimum of three years. The nose is a full bouquet of smooth aromas, with hints of oak, molasses and sugar cane. The taste is well-balanced and complex: a sweet, mild, fruity flavour with a light hint of citrus.
Langs Spice Rum 37.5%	25ml	£3.75
Langs is back and fruitier than ever. Reborn in 2020, this spiced rum takes Jamaican pot and column still rum and infuses it with a proper punch of banana and spice. It’s fun, funky, and far too easy to love.
North point spiced rum 43.0%	25ml	£5.00
North Point's pot distilled spiced rum uses cacao, Seville oranges, cardamom and cinnamon to make a hearty, versatile rum perfect for mixing with ginger beer or using in a delicious cocktail of your choosing. North Point are committed to sustainability with all parts of their production using green energy, they also bottle with recycled glass, source ethical ingredients and they'll soon be disposing of their waste at a new biomass plant next door to the distillery.
Dorchadas Amber spiced rum 41.0%	25ml	£5.50
Dorchadas Spiced Rum is the flagship release from Fife based East Neuk Spirit Co. A characterful unaged blend of Jamaican and Domincan pot still molasses rum is flavoured with seabuckthorn, cocoa husks, cassia bark and grains of paradise. The rum is diluted with distilled Scottish sea water, a by-product from their sister company the East Neuk Salt Co.

Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva is a rich and luxurious sipping rum, expertly crafted in Venezuela by the award-winning Diplomático distillery. A full-bodied rum with a velvety texture and a perfectly balanced profile. Ideal for sipping neat or over ice.
O.V.D. Rum 40.0%	25ml	£3.25
O.V.D stands for Old Vatted Demerara, a style of rum blending unique to the Demerara region of Guyana. The rum is distilled from molasses in a wooden Coffey still in Guyana before it’s blended and bottled in Glasgow. A classic dark rum with an almost cult status, that’s packed with rich, creamy notes.
