New Beer - Rogue State DIPA

Rogue State DIPA (7.2% ABV), launched this week in our web shop,  is our highest ABV% beer so far.

A highly flavoursome and aromatic double IPA, it’s also the biggest in terms of bitterness, hop character and aroma. 

Keith, our brewer, who designed the recipe describes it as, “A highly drinkable, flavour-forward IPA, it’s been brewed with Chinook, Simcoe, Amarillo and Motueka hops."

“This combination of US and NZ hops gives a big, fruity flavour of citrus and pine, backed up with the addition of orange peel in the boil  to enhance the pithy, citrus quality of the beer. 

“The lush, fruity hop character is balanced with a robust bitterness and a sweet, honey-like, bready malt backbone.”

A bold, brash beer with a big presence, Rogue State has been packaged in our most eye popping label to date; distorted lines and strong colours almost dance in front of your eyes - appropriate we felt for the strongest beer we’ve made to date.

You’ll find it online in our shop to order in a case of 12 or as part of a mixed case.
