Jex-Blake Mosaic IPA (5.6% ABV): Inspired by Sophia Jex-Blake; Scotland's first practising female doctor, we have brewed a 5.6% single-hopped IPA. This golden-coloured IPA is hopped exclusively with 'Mosaic', and is bursting with tropical fruit, pine and citrus flavours.

Best Before: 22nd June 2026
We fill our mini casks and kegs in small quantities and apply a best before date (rather than use-by date) of 8 weeks after filling. If stored undisturbed in a cool place, they may last longer.
Once opened we recommend you consume within 2 or 3 days. You may wish to close the top vent after pouring in order to retain the carbonation.
Ingredients: Water, Barley Malt, Maize, Oats, Hops, and Yeast .
