The Fat Flamingo Pop Up at Bellfield Taproom
The Fat Flamingo are Edinburgh street food legends and are firm Bellfield Brewery favourites!
Describing themselves as global food curators of spice, fire and butter. Their tacos and nachos are the stuff of dreams. Check out the menu we have on this weekend:
Tacos
Lime and chilli chicken grilled taco with melted cheese, peach and chipotle salsa, lime sour cream and coriander
Slow cooked mojo pork shoulder in a grilled taco with melted cheese peach and chipotle salsa, lime sour cream, jalapenos and coriander
Sweet potato and bean chilli grilled taco with melted vegan cheese peach and chipotle salsa, jalapenos and coriander
Taco trio - Pick 'n' mix of our chicken, pork and sweet potato tacos (sweet potato comes with regular cheese unless requested)
Nachos!
Venison con carne nachos with queso sauce peach and chipotle salsa, lime sour cream, jalapenos and coriander
Vegan nachos - Sweet potato and bean chilli with peach and chipotle salsa, jalapenos and coriander
House nachos peach with chipotle salsa, lime sour cream, jalapenos and coriander
The Fat Flamingo will be at the Bellfield Taproom and Beer Garden Thursday 7th - Sunday 10th April.
Table booking is advised. Table service - just order food with your drinks!
Our Taproom is in Abbeyhill, Edinburgh – just off London Road. It's easy to reach on the bus, or by bike and it's a short (6 minute) walk from the Scottish Parliament and (12 minute) walk from Edinburgh Waverley Station. You can also reach us from Holyrood Park by walking along Ann Terrace off Spring Gardens, under the railway.

Table booking:
Table bookings are for 2 hour slots via the table booking section of our website. We allow 30 minutes between bookings for cleaning. If you'd like to stay a little longer (outdoors only), you can book two, back to back time slots, giving you 4.5 hours. Please book the same table type for a time slot 2.5 hours after your first one and send us an email at taproom@bellfieldbrewery.com to let us know, so we can make sure you stay in the same place. NB: double bookings cannot be made for indoors.

August at Bellfield Taproom - Scottish Brewery of the Year 2023
We'll be open 7 days a week throughout August (except Monday 5th) – opening at 2:30pm on weekdays and midday on weekends.
Our favourite Mexican food pop-up, Guisados will be serving food Wednesday to Sunday and we're continuing our popular Fizz Fridays with bottles of fizz for just £15. Our popular Tours and Tastings will take place on Friday's and Saturday's and we'll be showing the the Olympics on the big screen.

Always strong supporters of International Women's Day, this year Edinburgh’s renowned Bow Bar has gone the extra mile!
Clara and Lili, two of the female members of the Bow Bar’s team, have brewed their very own bespoke beer in celebration of IWD 2024. They visited Bellfield Brewery on a cold weekend in February, to brew a Belgian Pale Ale that they’ve named “Sweet Dreams Are Made of Yeast”. This 6% ABV pale ale is hoppy and malty in equal measure.
