Bohemian Pilsner (4.5% ABV): A classic Czech Pilsner style, featuring Saaz, a noble hop, pale with a light body background bitterness and gentle floral tones leading to a soft finish.

We fill our mini casks and kegs in small quantities and apply a best before date (rather than use-by date) of 8 weeks after filling. If stored undisturbed in a cool place, they may last longer.
Once opened we recommend you consume within 2 or 3 days. You may wish to close the top vent after pouring in order to retain the carbonation.
