We’re Hiring: Venue Manager for Nobles by Bellfield
Bellfield Brewery is looking for an experienced, flexible and hands-on Venue Manager to lead Nobles by Bellfield.
Nobles is an iconic pub with real character, history and presence. Our ambition is to celebrate everything that makes the venue special while building a pub known for excellent hospitality, high-quality seasonal food, great beer and a warm, memorable customer experience.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, understands food-led pubs and knows how to lead a team, grow trade and create atmosphere.
The role is about more than running the day-to-day. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for Nobles as a distinct venue within the wider Bellfield Brewery business, while working closely with the brewery, taproom, kitchen, events and marketing teams.
The successful candidate will help develop events, tastings, beer-and-food pairings, private hire, seasonal offers and local partnerships. We want someone who can bring ideas, spot opportunities and help make them happen.
You will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high standards, delivering excellent customer service, supporting a high-quality seasonal food offer and championing Bellfield beers.
We are looking for someone practical, adaptable and hands-on. The right person will be comfortable leading from the floor, supporting the team during busy service, solving problems quickly and doing what is needed to keep the venue running well.
This is a chance to become the custodian of a much-loved pub and help shape the next chapter of one of the city’s most distinctive venues.

Salary: From £32,000 dependent on experience and agreed responsibilities
Role type: Full-time, permanent
